Gilded Youth is HAL Bowman's talent management program designed to help people enhancing their career - with a special focus on the first 7 years of entering the workforce.
We work closely with with leaders within the accounting, finance, legal and HR fields to ensure the information and training we provide is relevant and up to date.

Webinars
Our free webinars are run by our experienced team and cover different topics such as how to improve your interview skills, what questions to ask yourself while on the job search as well as interesting Q&A sessions with hiring managers and expert guest speakers from the firms you are most interested in.
Coaching
We work closely with different providers of external soft and hard skill trainings and offer a combination of resume, interview and job search trainings run by us with individually suited trainings run by external partners. Events

Mentorship
We offer mentorship for young professionals who are interested in ongoing feedback and conversation with someone who either is at where they would like to get or someone who can give individual guidance. Depending on availability and personal fit we match experts from within our business as well as externally.
